At Besties Pets, we want your furry friend to look their absolute best in our pet fashion. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, hair-free condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn pet apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the item is free of pet hair.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the garment, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
